Dr Rachael Boland

Rachael grew up in Burnie on the North West coast.  She completed her medical degree in 2000 from the University of Tasmania and gained her Fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2005. 

The variety of medicine and opportunity to get know your patients over time is what attracted Rachael to choosing this speciality. She enjoys the continuity of care and holistic approach General Practice offers. 

Rachael is a specialist general practitioner and also works as a Medical Educator with RACGP GP Training. 

Outside of work Rachael enjoys cooking, reading, crocheting, walking and spending time with her family and friends.

Sessions:

Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus occasional Saturdays at Glebe Hill Family Practice.
