Current capacity for new patients
Allied Health Professionals:
New patients are currently being accepted by the Physiotherapists at Glebe Hill Family Practice.
General Practitioners:
Both GHFP Nurture and Glebe Hill Family Practice are accepting new patients from the local area.
Travel Clinic:
The Travel Clinic at GHFP Nurture is open to the general public for appointment (you do not need to live in the local area or be an existing patient of GHFP Nurture and Glebe Hill Family Practice)
How to make an appointment
New patient bookings can be made book a New Patient appointment by booking online on the free AMS Connect app, via this website, or by phoning us.
Your GP requires a 30 minute appointment for your first visit to ensure adequate time for the doctor to get to know you and to populate the clinical records.
We pre-authorise payment for your New Patient appointment by taking your credit card details on booking so that if you fail-to-attend the appointment the fee for non-attendance is automatically processed.

What to bring to your appointment
- Your Medicare Card
- Concession Cards
And, if you have time, please bring a written list of:
- Past medical history
- Family medical history
- Hospital admissions or surgeries
- Allergies and previous adverse reactions to medication
- Current Medications (or just bring your medications with you!).
Your New Patient Registration Form must be completed before seeing the practitioner. This is done online via the sms secure link sent to your mobile phone after booking your New Patient appointment.
This will enable more efficient use of your consultation time with your practitioner.
