Dipali Patel

BPhty (2013), GradDipClinRehab (2015) Flinders University

Dipali is a highly experienced physiotherapist who blends clinical expertise with a friendly, down-to-earth approach. She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2013 and went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Rehabilitation at Flinders University in 2015. For over 12 years, she’s worked across private practice, hydrotherapy, and aged care — helping people from school-aged athletes to spirited great-grandparents move better and feel stronger.

Dipali's skills cover the whole spectrum of care: orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, acute and chronic pain, arthritis pain management, post-surgical rehab, disability support, persistent pain management, and recovery from workplace or motor vehicle accident injuries. Dipali can assist with injury assessment, ergonomic tune-ups, strength and conditioning programs, falls prevention, and return-to-work and return to sports plans that get clients back to doing what they love. In addition, Dipali can assist with manual therapy, dry needling, joint mobilisation, soft tissue release, myofascial techniques, sports taping and movement retraining.

Outside the clinic, Diplali swaps physio tools for yoga mats, spice jars, and a garden trowel. She’s an avid practitioner of Isha Hatha Yoga, pranayama, and meditation. In the kitchen, Dipali loves creating aromatic Indian curries, experimenting with sourdough bread, and tending her garden.
